A remarkably consistent and cool Vintage, our 2018 Sauvignon Blanc shimmers with bright aromatics and lively acidity. Exotic tropical notes on the high end with plenty of melon, citrus, lime zest and gooseberry notes flesh out the flavor profile. Fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve it's fresh aromatics, our Sauvignon Blanc is also aged on it's lees, which are kept in suspension by gentle stirring, to broaden the wines viscosity and sensation of depth.
