Chapuy Unique Oger Grand Cru 2014
Sight: Yellow gold colour, with very fine and lively bubbles. Nose: The wine reveals a great complexity of aromas of ripe white fruits. Palate: The first sensation is intense and generous. The white fruits found on the nose are echoed on the palate, and seem almost candied. This is followed by notes of caramel, almond and Poire Belle Hélène. The finish is persistent, and reveals a mineral, almost iodized note. In short, this cuvée makes us feel all the uniqueness that the plot can provide. A promising wine, whose delicacy will match perfectly with a chicken supreme with lemon confit, or a steamed white fish served with an orange and mandarin sabayon sauce.
