Chosen for their individual pedigree and character, the five barrels hand-selected for our 2010 Lorna-Marie Pinot noir meld together in perfect harmony. Dark red in color, the aromatic weight this wine possesses comes as no surprise, with candied cherry, cola, earth, dried flowers and orange zest in the nose. The palate has equal weight, with notes of graham cracker, sweet plum, and just the faintest hint of black pepper. The finish is long and plentiful, with velvet tannins and tight acidity, making for a vibrant and focused wine. Stash away for 6-12 years, or decant and enjoy now.

Velvety, with a light burr of tannins around the blueberry and tobacco flavors, lingering gently and persistently on the expressive finish. Drink now through 2018.

The Lorna Marie is the winery's reserve, and it has exceptional concentration and depth. Berry and cherry dominate, spiced up with a pumpkin pie accent. Round, rich and full, yet moderate in alcohol, this is a fine expression of Oregon Pinot Noir in a challenging vintage.
