Tasting Notes: Wheat brown with golden tones. Full bodied and well-rounded with essential oils. A nose of cooked agave, peaches, bread, vanilla, caramel, pineapple, apple, cinnamon, leather, and delicate floral notes. A palate of of cooked agave, black pepper, cinnamon, dark chocolate, vanilla, and orange peel, with notes of oak and spices. The finish is long, with lingering oak and spices, and mineral notes.
