The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Mountain Estate Vineyard is deep garnet-purple and sings of crushed blackcurrants, black cherries and wild blueberries with nuances of lilacs, baker's chocolate, cigar box, pencil lead and truffles. Full-bodied and laden with black fruit and savory layers, it has a fantastic foundation of very ripe, grainy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing with amazing length.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Mountain Estate Vineyard is a bold wine with all of the rugged character and savoriness of hillside Sonoma Cabernets. Smoke, black pepper, herb, graphite, licorice and gravel, along with firm tannins, give the Mountain Estate its unique personality. The 2015 needs time to come into its own, but it is terrific, even at this early stage.
