Dress: Eclatante pale grenadine dress with purple highlights. Nose: Subtle, delivering aromas of summer fruits, citrus fruits and red fruits. Palate: The frank attack gives a glimpse of a fresh and fruity wine with hints of strawberries and other red fruits. The balance between a very pretty fat and a beautiful vivacity is perfect. Some aromas of citrus, sweet almond and cherries combine with a very nice length. Pairings: As an aperitif or to enjoy with pesto soup, taboulé, anchoïade, aioli, summer salad, cold cuts, minced chicken and vegetables.
