The 2021 Pinot Noir Decouverte Vineyard is simply stunning, enticing with dark florals and mentholated herbal tones elevating its crushed blackberry fruit. This opens with a pleasant inner sweetness and textures of pure silk, giving way to depths of vividly ripe black cherries that swirl under an air of violet pastille. The 2021 lingers impossibly long while maintaining a lovely inner freshness. Hints of licorice and lavender fade over a sour citrus tinge and gently grippy tannins.
