Our 2012 Morisoli Vineyard Cabernet is dark ruby- colored and has a seductively aromatic nose of black truffle, cassis, cedar and briary fruit with faint suggestions of mint, dusty earth and leather. Warm and inviting on the palate, it has a silky entry followed by deep focused flavors of black currant, wild raspberry and hints of chocolate, plum and espresso. Dense, rich and very satisfying this Cabernet is lavishly textured with beautiful fruit ripeness, well-integrated oak and dusty tannin. True to form, it displays the power and elegance that is so characteristic of this vineyard.
